Can you deliver to my area?
We can arrange delivery wherever courier or freight can reach.
Do you deliver by sea or by air?
It depends on the order quantity and volume. Air transport for small objects with small quantity. Sea/train transport for bulk orders which require containers.
*We may use air transport upon customer request even for bulk orders with tight delivery time.
What's your delivery time?
It depends on the quantity of the items that you desire. Normally we have a number of products in stock which can be delivered as soon as we receive the payment.
Is there a minimum order quantity?
We deliver even for just one item.
What's the packaging?
Air transport: standard express packaging, that is, carton box with protective film.
Train/sea transport: carton box being stacked on pallet and loaded in container.
*Packaging can be customized according to customer requirements.
Do you provide samples?
Yes, samples are available.
What are your payment terms?
Mainly T/T, 40% prepaid and 60% paid before shipping. Other ways are negotiable.
How can I make the payment?
Order amount under 750 USD: We will send you an alibaba payment link. You can pay with: VISA, Mastercard, T/T, Paypal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Online Transfer.
Order amount above 750 USD: We will send you our bank account information. You can pay with: T/T.
